The ice cream is good but the staff they had were not very good. They were swearing in front of customers (most people, including myself, had young children with them), very rude, complained about their job, and were just all around rude. We will be finding another location to visit or just go elsewhere for icecream.

I see there are negative reviews and that there is new ownership.  We had a great experience.  The staff was excellent particularly the young man who served me.  He was polite and efficient and when there were no orders to take he was busy making sure their displays looked good.  We will be going back again.

What few times I've been there it was good and they've been there a long time...that pretty much speaks for itself.

I absolutely love Baskin Robbins ice cream and especially love there malts. I used to like the store in East Ridge but the last few times I have went there it's been horrible service and both times my malts were literally milk. I have called on both occasions that it was horrible not once did they apologize it was always an excuse new worker or busy
