Story

East Ridge Bicycles, your local bike shop, pride ourselves on our customer service. We're here for you. We proudly represent the following bike lines: Cervelo, Look, Orbea, Kestrel, Litespeed, Quintana Roo, Giant and Titus to name a few. We also have all the gear, apparel, accessories you need. We offer mountain bike rides through the winter and early spring, and road rides during the spring, summer and early fall. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Had the perfect bicycle rack a incredible reasonable price. Demonstrated the functions and installed it on my truck while at the store.

They have nice workers, but they overprice everything.... I went there for a check up on October 2nd, and they overpriced it....they also don't let you know what's being done to your bike. Other bike shops around Chattanooga will prop it up on a stand and teach you how to fix it and it's right in front of you, so it's not like they can cheat you.

Fantastic shop with great, knowledgeable people. I went in to get my 1st MTB and Eric found me the perfect bike in my budget. The minor tweaks that come with the purchase for the 1st year and the one full service I'm the first year made me feel at ease. I also have to say the 15% discount on anything not already marked down after buying a bike is a major plus. I was so pleased with the service Eric provided me, my dad and fiancee also bought bikes from him within 2 weeks of my purchase. My brother and sister-in-law bought a total of 3 bikes from them. I like to support local businesses, especially ones that do, business right and treat their customers right. As I continue my MTB riding, which by the way has become an addiction for me, I will upgrade to higher end bikes that fit my needs from East Ridge Bicycles for the foreseeable future. Go by and talk to the folks there if you're considering any type of bike. Talk to Eric and tell him, Josh sent you.
