O boy don’t you dare to go there 10 or 12 minutes before there closing. Someone might bite your head off . The girl warned me that you have 5 minutes to order and at the same time 3 people working there no one was willing to take my order . Until finally an older lady that she can’t scoop the ice cream . She give my daughter her ice cream and half of fell right away because it wasn’t scooped properly. The other girl who cash me out didn’t even ask me if I want my ice cream in a cone or cup she decided to give me in a cup . From their behaviour and look I was scared to say something. Too sad this location is closed to my house . My last visit .

I recently visited the Baskin Robbins located at 2620 Simcoe Street North in Oshawa, Ontario, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Here is my review of this particular Baskin Robbins location.  First and foremost, the staff at this Baskin Robbins were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and prompt service. The employees were attentive and eager to assist, patiently guiding me through the menu options and helping me make my selection. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service added to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the store.  The variety of ice cream flavors available at this Baskin Robbins was impressive. They had a wide range of classic and unique flavors, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste. From traditional favorites like Chocolate and Vanilla to more adventurous options like Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookie Dough, the choices were plentiful. The ice cream itself was creamy, flavorful, and of high quality, which is exactly what I expected from Baskin Robbins.  Furthermore, the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this Baskin Robbins were top-notch. The store was well-maintained, with a tidy and inviting atmosphere. The seating area was clean and comfortable, allowing customers to enjoy their ice cream in a relaxed setting. The staff ensured that the serving area and display cases were always clean and well-stocked, creating an appealing visual experience.  One aspect that stood out to me was the attention to detail in the presentation of the ice cream. Each scoop was skillfully and generously served, with vibrant and appealing colors. The staff took care to make the ice cream cones and cups look visually appealing, adding toppings and garnishes with precision. It's clear that they take pride in their craft and want customers to have a visually pleasing and enjoyable experience.  Another positive point was the efficiency of service. Despite the popularity of this Baskin Robbins location, the staff worked efficiently to serve customers in a timely manner. The line moved quickly, and I didn't have to wait excessively long to receive my order. This is particularly impressive considering the peak times when the store tends to be busier.  Overall, my experience at Baskin Robbins on 2620 Simcoe Street North in Oshawa, Ontario, was fantastic. The friendly and attentive staff, the wide variety of delicious ice cream flavors, and the clean and inviting atmosphere all contributed to a positive visit. I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins location to anyone looking for a sweet treat and a wonderful ice cream experience.

Came in with my 2 little girls for an evening treat only to be waiting 20 minutes to get served. Only 2 girls working at such a busy location! No manager on site, clearly this manager/owner does not care about their employees or customers! As a manager myself I would have been right in there helping. The place is also always dirty there’s a strong odour coming from the floors this is the third time I have came in here and notice such an odd smell. Clearly the place isn’t cleaned properly/regularly which is a health hazard! Will not be returning to this location anymore.

Ice cream is always good. The service was amazing. My rating would have been higher but unfortunately management at this location seems to not be the best. I went last night around 8:30 and the place had a line out the door. Would’ve been fine if they had more than ONE PERSON working. My heart goes out to the girl working tho. She did a great job all by herself, did the absolute best she could. If that was me I would’ve walked out. So note to the owner/manager… STAFF PROPERTY

Originally, there was a small hiccup with my ordered unicorn cake. Mistakes happen, I get it.  After a few discussions, it was corrected and prepared for my 6 year old daughter.  Upon seeing the cake, my daughter literally yelled out with excitement and said direct quote " This is the best cake I have ever seen!".

Don't go to this location if you have any questions about the cones. The older lady who was working there today around 3:00 pm seemed to be visibly upset and bothered  when my 7 year old and I asked her what type of cones they had. It's a shame because although this is the closest location to where I work, I won't be returning to it. If someone can be rude and disrespectful to a child let alone when their parent is there, they don't deserve my business or anyone else's. Please provide the worker customer service training, so that this location doesn't end up blacklisted by local residents

No complaints! Who doesn’t love Baskin Robbins ice cream

The young lady working was so nice.  Great service.  And always great ice cream.  You need to bring baskin Robbins to cobourg.   I drove to oshawa to get ice cream.

On weekend they are very busy and you will wait in line for sure. Good customer service and employees are very patient and helpful  best ice cream in Dunham.

Hi, I always enjoy baskin robbins icecreams just like today. But the customer service is highly poor in the windfied store. First of all, when I entered in the store the sales person didn’t made an eye contact with me neither asked me what I want or greeted me. She was brooming on cash area. When I told her my preferences she told me that I can only give you for take out. But 17 minutes were left for stores closing time. When I told her the same thing she didn’t say a word.  While leaving the store I said thank you to her but she again didn’t reply. On the top if it I was enjoying my icecream in front of the store in my car and noticed her locking the doors at 8:55 pm. I mean that’s highly unacceptable and it demonstrates poor customer service .
