Went to stone bridge sweet frog and the doors were locked before 9:00pm. As they have been for the past 2 weeks and after constant calls the lady on the phone had an attitude towards me when asking if they are open or closed. Really makes me not want to continue dining with sweet frog.
This store is constantly closing early! Save yourself the grief of rude employees and go a few extra minutes down the road to the one by Chesterfield towne center. Much cleaner & nicer staff! The owner needs to reevaluate who he has working for him! Why does only ONE location constantly close early? Do better! Will NOT return to this location EVER.
I didn't think Sweet Frog was even in business anymore and when they were in business I never really knew what they sold but if you like Sweet Frog and it turns you on then more power to you go but personally I haven't been there I don't know why it keeps popping up on my phone Sedona way to get rid of it is to write a review but that's just my opinion if you like it that's fantastic I'm just trying to get it off of my phone and it won't let me dismiss it or delete it
Nice place. Didn’t like that there was no music playing. It made the place have awkward silence. Traffic at this location seems slow which I enjoy. Decent pricing. Nice staff.

My daughter and I came in to have a special treat. Never before have I had this bad of a service experience at a Sweet Frog location. There were two girls working in the store. Neither one of them were friendly. Neither greeted us or said thank you. We both got a medium Bowl the order was almost $21 in total. We had to ask for napkins and for a top so we could take it home. The girl rolled her eyes at me like it was a big hassle. Neither of the girls wanted to work it was clearly obvious. They certainly served their friend for free who sat in the booth. She did not pay for her Sweet Frog. Quite frankly both my daughter and I felt very discriminated against the whole time we were in there. Never before have I felt this at any Sweet Frog location we have visited. It was a feeling that we were not wanted there. Due to this I will not be visiting this location ever again and I do not recommend it to anybody. It's very disheartening to feel like this. Besides the one friend they we're serving for free we were the only ones in there. After about 15 minutes and started to pick up. The yogurt machines did not have many flavors. Most of them were still summer flavors. Only one low-fat option available. I'm highly disappointed overall with my experience at this location. My daughter was disappointed as well. She is a teenager and clearly saw what was happening. I think the owner needs to take a look at the employees they hire.
I loved this location employees were very nice. Met with the manager she was also very nice. A customer came in being very rude to the employees which was sad because they were all welcoming and friendly.
Love this sweet frog. Great toppings and always has the flavors we want! Especially Tart!
It’d be nice if they’d be open when their hours say they are. No notice in the door or anything.
The employees were very rude. I tried to provide some feedback that they should at least greet the customers. They were uninterested and dismissed me. I will not be coming back to this location.
