This Baskin Robbins location is small but has extra seating outdoors. Apart from the ice cream they also sell a very good selection of take home items like ice cream cakes and quarts of selected ice creams. Their selection of ice cream flavors are very diverse plus you can add special topics or order special items like shakes.

Ice cream is always good but the employees are rude sometimes. They've added some treats that look really good. UPDATE: They have different employees than when I was last there & I had GREAT service today. The young man who helped me was named STEVEN & he was so friendly, polite, talkative, engaged me in conversation more than just the normal "can I help you" that one would expect. When I asked to sample a flavor, Steven took the extra step of making sure that I was aware the flavor contained peanuts to ensure that I had no allergies. He smiled the whole time & was personable from the time we walked in to the time we walked out the door. He gave us the best experience at any Baskin Robbins location. I almost wanted to stop going to BR due to the bad service & rude employees before. Not just at this location but the Summerwood location, also. Hopefully other employees can take notes on customer service from Steven!

Love the customer service from the young lady, very helpful and friendly,  but wish the store will have more other flavors for ice cream cake.

I ordered a shark ice cream cake out of the catalog for my son and this is what I got….. Asked to talk to a manager or someone but no one was available and couple female employees just giggled. Left name and number for a call back regarding my $39 ice cream cake that was suppose to be a shark and never received a call

Called 02/03/23 since opening to get assistance with online order there was no answer. Then finally I call and someone answers and says “hello” . I was confused so I asked if this was the right number they hung up the phone. Then I call back and finally get a answer I tell them I am having trouble with online ordering. The employee of baskin robins says “Why” in a rude tone so I stay on the phone silent in disbelief   . Then proceeds to say “ I mean like what did you do for that to happen?” Needless to say I hung up the phone and will be doing business at another location

Very friendly staff and it was super clean!  Their ice cream is delicious.

The two young employees that were there tonight 01/27 were so polite, helpful and their customer service was outstanding. The establishment was clean and tidy. My husband and I visit this location often but tonight stood out. We saw them handle a long time both inside and the drive thru without missing a beat.

Cake decorator name Shah was so helpful and patient with me picking out a cake for my granddaughter.  She decorated the cake so beautiful!!!! I left out a happy customer and will return to this location because of her great customer service and how pretty she decorates.

Friendly service, wide variety of Ice Cream flavors . Most importantly Banana Split is the way to go..

Great customer service! The young ladies in there today 9/20/21 were fast and courteous. The facility is really nice and they have beautifully decorated cakes. They have specialty items and handmade Popsicles also.  The icecream was very good,  as usual.  I do recommemd this place.  They have specials a few days of the week,  I believe in Thursdays it's $5.00 off a cake of over $20.00.
