11/23 we went into the store to get a Pumpkin Spice cake. They were very organized & ready for the Thanksgiving rush! Kudos to management & staff for that. They were friendly & with smiling faces.  Problem was the Spiced cake was very dry & we didn’t feel any love at all! SO disappointed. I expected it to POP with wonderful holiday flavors but it just didn’t. Our pumpkin pie from Kroger was moist & made with lots of love. Door guys, but the cook failed!

Worst experience of my life. I knew something was wrong since the moment I picked up that cake.. that thing did not looked right and when I brought it to the attention of the manager she was careless and said that it was the only one she had. Mind me, I had order the cake days ahead. This was a gift to my boss. How embarrassed was I when she cut the Bundt for her family and the cake was raw from the inside!!!! Unfortunately she did not take a picture of this mess since she was embarrassed herself. It is a shame that you pay for something that you think it’s worth your money but in reality it’s not worth a penny. Never ever will I come to this location and I strongly suggest no one does either unless you want a raw piece of bread.

I have purchased several Bundt Cakes over the years from this establishment and they are always a very special treat! Novelty items that make the perfect hostess gift, Birthday Surprise or just for a  me  day you can get the small Bundtlet to brighten your day. Ordered online to be picked up at 10a, picked up about 1030a and the cake was perfect the young little men loved it  she even added a bow for $7 that went well with our spiderman theme ....cakes are always DELICIOUS

Never had any issues here. Cakes are always delicious. The sparklers here were so fun on the cake!

We ordered some cakes for our wedding and they turned out great! The employees made sure we got everything exactly the way we wanted it. :

Very fast, very friendly.  Took alot of time with me although they were about to close. I had to hurry and last min pick up a cake for my moms  54th birthday. They offer candles, numbered sparkles for your age and other decor if you would like.

I checked them out online, but could not find what I was looking for. I only wanted 1/2 dozen of the small Bundt cakes for a birthday gift. So I called. Got someone very rude on the phone. She told me I could ONLY order a dozen of the little cakes. I asked if they were sold individually, and if I could order 6. Then she replied " oh yes, I guess you could do it that way". So, I proceeded with my order. She mentioned that I had to pay for it now, which wasn't a problem, and also said there was a chance I would have to wait due to the holiday. No problem. I think their cakes are expensive, $30 for 6! When she brought them out to me, they were in a brown paper bag. All the other orders were in a nice box or wrapped in cellophane. Really? $30 for a brown paper bag. Not impressed!

Staff needs customer service training. Workshop for best Tone of voice and the ability show customer they are appreciated is a must. The cake was but the experience fell short.

Came to pick up my birthday Bundt. They were very friendly and kind. Of course the Strawberry and cream Bundt is awesome.
