Lot of cake options and great ice cream with different varieties of waffle cones i like it but a great sitting placeFood: 5/5

Had a really bad experience, went in to get pre pack and ordered 2 fresh packs with them, the quantity on the fresh pack was really less I even told the staff about it but she add some on top to convince me it was full. The store was under staffed only 1 person working in the night also they had 31% off the pre pack so it should have been no brainer to have more people to close!!

This is an amazing place with lots of ice cream flavours, shakes, cakes etc. My favourite is Cotton Candy. Already been here twice and added this to my regular go-to places.  Parking is Free and TTC stops are nearby too.

Im a big fan of Baskin Robbins, not this location anymore. . I was very shocked to see when today Ali from this location put a half of scoops in each of our cones.  Will be going to other locations.Service: 1/5

Worst customer service I ever have got in my life. The guy with the glasses always on the phone with earpods in his ear. I went to this place couple of times and he always talking infront of the customers. He is so rude. No Hi, No thank you. I don't think so he shouldn't be doing this job. He should be in the call centre lol.

Absolutely amazing ice cream location and very knowledgeable specialist Sufyian who will make anyone’s celebration absolutely spectacular!

Ordered a chocolate half cake/half ice cream sheet cake, it was fantastic!! Adults and children loved it. Thank you!
