The owner and the staff here are SO nice! I had a very nice interaction with a staff member about 6 months ago, and then when we popped in this evening the owner was there. He was such an upbeat, welcoming guy-- so much so that our three-year-old grandson ordered for himself, which he normally would be too shy to do. I also watched the owner wipe down tables and pick up napkins off the floor himself, which I respect. The space was very clean and smells amazing, like freshly made waffles. I'm vegan, so I appreciate that Baskin-Robbins offers a dairy-free option now mint chocolate and it's very tasty! They also have a patio area on a side street, which is so nice in summer :

Stopped here for some ice cream and it was delicious. The guy working there was friendly and recommended awesome flavours. I would definitely stop by again.

Clean, friendly, fast. Social distancing in effect. Great ice cream. Lots of choices..smells of delicious    waffles when you walk in there. Picnic benches outside.  Jerome was my server. He was polite and refreshing to be served by. He was patient with the kids and offered a different ice cream for my 3 year old, because it had pop rocks in it and  she probably wouldn't have liked it. So I thought that was kind of him to offer.  I saw another happy customer leave with a banana split to celebrate her and her husband's anniversary and she looked like a "kid in a candy shop"  Pre Covid .  Moral of the review:  Don't take anything for granted  pretty much everything pre covid and try every flavour of ice cream you can. #yolo

I ordered the cookies and cream ice cream cake at Baskin-Robbins today. It was phenomenal! Exceptional friendly customer service! I appreciated that the gentleman serving me washed his hands before icing the cake! Definitely a clean place and professional business.

Great place. Location is definitely a plus since it's not too far from parking or subway. It's small enough to not disrupt the look of the neighborhood but big enough for you to sit and enjoy your treat. Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable, really recommended going in with an open mind and asking for suggestions.

My all time favorite at Baskin Robbins is jamoca almonds fudge.  The store located in Greek Town of Danforth and surrounded by multiple restaurants from fancy to regular fast food chain. Certainly my go-to dessert store since they offer lots of options sundae, milk shake, ice cream sandwich-I mean come on, that’s brilliant. Also, great customer service   I’ve tried other ice cream store in the area but Baskin Robbins is always my favourite store thanks for the atmosphere and their services.

Good place to enjoy a ice cream on sunny day,They have place to sit outside too,The employee was kind and helping and also gave testers.Food: 5/5
