Never buy cake from this place. It was a birthday cake that we brought from the place in the evening and we were supposed to cut it at midnight but it melted, even in the freezer! Waste of money and also ruined the Birthday celebration!Food: 1/5
The ice cream tasted very good with the waffle cone and sprinkles. The one scoop size is a good portion! The staff seemed a little preoccupied, but were good nonetheless. Great for a late night treat.
Ordered the Mint Chocolate Chip milkshake. The person who did it didn’t do it meticulously as how I saw it was done at Eaton Centre’s BR31. It had lesser ice cream and way more milk. Lol was actually disappointed by it so I’m going back to Eaton to get another one very soon
ALERT!!!!Never buy Cake from BR……Its a waste!! Totally disappointed!!! Ordered Mint Choco Cake for birthday. Kept it in the freezer and found MELTED while we were about to celebrate birthday. Called BR and informed everything, so called lady manager Hanny Patel who doesn’t have basic costumer service skill instead of dealing in a polite manner blamed us with for everything…. ****No refund No discount Nothing**** Bad experience… Wont RECOMMENDED..

Me and my boyfriend have bought here so many times. The taste of the ice cream and popcorn here is great. We usually buy popcorn here every time we watch relaxing movies at home. Especially the caramel taste of popcorn is indispensable with every movie we see.
Placed an order to get it delivered, they sent me the wrong order... Ordered a sundae, there was absolutely no sauce on top, ordered the world class chocolate, so why was there cherries and nuts mixed inside? .. very disappointed with the service.
The team members at baskin robins are really friendly, and i also like the cake designs they have for the display & also the one I ordered for my friends birthday. It was perfect! I would definitely recommend my relatives and friends to buy cakes from here. Apart form that i had a 2 scoop sundae which was perfectly make!
I visited the store with my mom. She had a great experience with the hospitality by the people working there. We ordered a layered sundae and a 2 scoop sundae. It was perfectly made and the staff helped so perfectly with the suggestions of ice-creams and toppings combination. Must visit Baskin-robbins at 726 Bloor st. West.
