I don't usually write negative reviews, but feel this place has earned it.

I have given this particular Baskin Robbins 5 chances and each time, they have missed the mark.  While it's just ice cream, the ice cream is not free, so I do expect it to be made as BR intended. Do not ask them to make a sundae of any sort. The only thing they can get right is scooping plain ice cream in a dish. 

The first time I went there, I wanted a Reese's sundae, but with chocolate ice cream. The Asian woman was very rude and insisted she could not do that. I told her I would pay extra, but she still refused.

The second time, my husband went there to get me a Reese's sundae and they did not put any hot fudge on it, only peanut butter syrup.

The third time I went there, I asked for a Reese's sundae and instead of putting peanut butter sauce on it, they put caramel sauce.

The fourth time I went there, they put the Reese's sundae in a huge cup and put Reese's on it, without any fudge.

Today my husband brings me a Reese's sundae and it's vanilla soft serve, with peanut butter sauce, no Reese's or hot fudge. The Asian woman made this one as well.

I do not understand why it's impossible for these attendants to follow the BR instructions on how to create a Reese's Sundae.

This place will never get our family's business again or referrals. It's sad I have to go off base to experience Baskin Robbins.
