Usually when we go to Basmati, the staff was excellent and the food was amazing. Sadly, this was not one of those times. I understand if the restaurant was busy, but people who were seated AFTER us were waited on BEFORE us, and they got their food before us. That was extremely unacceptable. Not only that, but the staff for the two groups seated after us were waited on a lot, while we barely had someone wait on us. The food was 5 stars, but the staff was 3 stars.

The food quality was quite good. I eat Indian food a lot and it tasted better-than-average for "Westernized" Indian. The service was slow but friendly.

Closest thing to Indian food that I can find. They have a great buffet selection and they are always early with their delivery. We probably order from them at least once a month.

Went there this past weekend. Very slow service but friendly staff. I don’t think the tables are assigned, we had to kind of grab whomever came by. Food was good.
