Was super excited to get a turkey burger from BGR after a busy day. As we pulled up at 8:30 (30 minutes before they close) they told us we couldn't sit down and eat we had to "take it to go" As if that wasn't rude enough they then told me they only had one turkey burger left. Had it been handled nicely maybe I wouldn't be so mad; but they were as rude as you could be. Maybe at 8:55 you can treat customers like that, but at 8:30 you should still be serving anyone who walks in the door. It will be a long time before I go back.

Today I decided to treat myself to a burger at the Burger Joint, a place I've heard so much about that had high quality good customer service and impeccable wait time that cannot rival any other place. I CLEARLY WENT TO THE WRONG ONE! Cold burger, frozen fries, rude employees, and a 35 minuet wait time is what you can expect that this Burger Joint of Horrors. On top of that I nearly got fired for being away to long for lunch. All for a $15 burger and fries. Save your money, save your time, save your job. Go to Misson BBQ next door... They at least have beer!

Ate there 3/8/18. The employees  were all very nice, It's clean. The burgers were good, and "medium" was done just right, but the buns were cold, as were the garlic fries. The shakes were good, but not out of the ordinary. I'd give it 3 1/2 if I could.

Definitely the best fast hamburger place in the mid-Atlantic. If BGR is available, there's no reason to go to Five Guys or Elevation, and Shake Shack is trendy garbage everyone's deluded themselves into loving because some hip LA people Instagram it. Forget that.
Also, this location is very friendly. I just wish they had one of those neat Coke machines with all the mixable flavors.

I had the Greek Burger which was a lamb patty with gyro fixings.  Very good.  The burger was tasty and not all greasy.  It was a bit expensive, but it was a premium burger and I felt it was worth it.  I'll have to try a regular burger there, but that Greek one was so good I'm not sure I'll get around to it.  Fries were good but not great.  They have a Gold Peak Iced Tea machine which I really hate.  Please just get real, fresh-brewed iced tea! Gold Peak is holding you back from 5 stars! For the extra buck or two I would go here over Five Guys because the burger is better, but I would miss those fries (and they both have Gold Peak so a wash there).
