Came in to the store 3-6-2018 to purchase a pistol with my income tax refund, there was only one other customer at the gun counter, stood there for a good 20 to 30 minutes and not one employee offered or tried to help me out, looked dead at me and didn’t even say “Hi” or “how are you today”. Saw the pistol I wanted and couldn’t get it due to very, very poor customer service. So I went to Academy and they greeted me right off the bat, so sorry Bass Pro you missed a $500.00 gun sale. Hope y’all can get this remedied soon or you’ll lose more sales!!!

Huge store with a great selection. I was most impressed with the guys at the gun counter. The gentleman that helped me try out the grip and feel of nearly 10 different firearms was helpful and patient. It was obvious he had extensive knowledge of the products. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase a handgun here.

Love going to Bass Pro! If you are looking for any type of hunting or fishing equipment they have it or can get it for you. They are always friendly and we always find something new. Our son loves to go to look at the huge indoor aquarium and to try out all the boats. We generally spend over an hour just walking around and looking at all the fun thing's the store has to offer!

Great place! A little pricy on some things, but overall very nice. The Tracker boat side is my favorite they have some really beautiful boats also the boat shop is very helpful and knowledgeable on repairs and the cool boat toys.

Bought two fishing poles and enjoyed browsing throughout the building. Good selection of outdoor gear from pop up tents to bass boats. Knowledgeable sales staff answered all my questions.
