The properties are garbage, the office staff (particularly Jodi) are rude, and the whole company is sleazy. Too bad there are so few options for year-round renters on the Cape. Avoid these glorified slumlords if you can.

This company manages rental properties but ONLY as far as collecting rent for absentee landlords...
Their idea of screening tenants ONLY goes as far as checking if they're housing or not...
They'll fill a neighborhood with drug dealers, child abusers & people who will destroy not only your property but other properties around it...
STAY away, FAR away
