I bought a house with Juan Marichal from Seaport Village as my realtor. It was a foreclosure, but nothing he should not be used to. He would have blown the deal if it was not for my Mortgage Broker and their Attorney. I was still hit with $2000 in fees at closing that he never told me about, and still has not properly explained. Then to top it off he had an affair with my wife, now ex-wife. Use at your own peril!

Just closed on our dream home today with Judy and Jerry's help. I can't even begin to express how happy we are with Seaport Village! From the moment we walked in everything went smooth and professional. I highly recommend their office!!! We will definitely be using them in the future for any selling, renting, or buying needs!!!! Judy knows the Cape in and out and her long experience in the real estate business shows, she is persistent at getting you the house of your dreams! Thank you Judy and Jerry! Cheers!

Had a great experience working with Seaport Village Realty.  The business process went smooth and the personnel was very helpful and professional. The agent showed up on site always on time an fully prepared. Strongly recommended business!

I deal with Juan Marichal at Seaport. I started buying rental properties back in 2011 and I never had a complaint. When I as a "rookie" doing this, he always gave me detailed explanations about the process, and know that I have several units, he still gives me the best advises and always look for my best interest. I just sold a unit and he also did everything for me hassle free. Thanks Juan and the staff at Seaport Village Realty in Hyannis

No need for call back, they always pick up the phone. Get showings scheduled within 24 hours. Working with them for a few months now and they have been terrific. The professionalism, market knowledge and communication skills are top notch. Cannot recomend them highly enough!
