Great place to lose all your money! The restaurant inside (Fortunes) has pretty good food. They have really nice waitresses there. The hotel on the other hand is not that great. Walls are paper thin so your neighboring room will keep you up at night if they are making noises.

Just arrived home from Batavia - Took the shuttle to the casino from the hotel: Please heed the advice of the other reviewers who state "Do not eat here!" The Clubhouse & Rail Bar states it has a fine-dining menu - not true!
I ordered the Neptune Seafood Bake with a side of pasta. The pasta was cold, old, and rubbery. The seafood bake overdone. The only thing I ate was the side salad. Hubby ordered the prime rib special, which was okay, but instant garlic mashed potatoes.
Service? Hostess was rude as all get out and snappy at our server when we were inquiring about some of the entrees. 
Wish we would have went to Alex's. . .

Decent casino, a bit on the small side compared to others I've been to. Great place to lose money in a slot machine and have fun while doing it. I don't go there often, but it's a nice change when you want to do something other than eat or go to a bar. (Batavia seriously lacks entertainment options.)

Staying in the hotel after playing in the casino.  Awesome room and accommodations.  We've stayed in Vegas and casinos in Northern Indiana...ALL those pale in comparison to this hotel!  Delightful surprise!!  Desk staff courteous and helpful!

Just a word to let you know what a special young man you have working here.  His name is Zach and he found a purse with three cash out tickets in it and turned it in to security, they located me and returned  it.  The tickets amounted to $ 200.!!!!   I can't thank him enough for being such an honest person.  Be proud to have him working there.  THANKS AGAIN ZACH !!!  GOD BLESS
