I love bath & body works for the scents but the customer service is terrible. No hi or hello when  I walked in.  I cannot stress enough how important it is to acknowledge ALL of your customers.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite stores and I am so thankful there is one close to home and I don't have to drive all the way to the mall.
