This Mcds could make so much more money if they would just try.

  Last night it took 4 employees (1 was a manager) to ring us up. Order was still wrong. Nobody said sorry or offered to fix it.  Employees where hanging out it dining room using foul language.
Its every time. 

I do not know when people started taking so little pride in there work. Sad.

This McDonald's is terrible. You can count on at least one thing being wrong with your order, and It doesn't matter how simple the order is. Obviously big communication gap...do you get the itty bitty drinks with the mighty kids meal or the medium? It's different every time. Would love to get what I pay for. And one more thing....why ask what sauce you would like? You never get it!

Usually smooth and my order is right. The people are friendly most of the time and I usually have a good experience. BUT one time I got a burger that was very clearly left under the heat lamp for way too long and I got sick from It.

Didn't smile, Service was slow, they're serving billions of others and not interested in me. I also got the wrong order.

I will never rate higher than this for any McDonald's in Louisville. I love their food but that's the only good thing about them. Even though they can all get it right sometimes, all McDonald's in Louisville get my order wrong the majority of the time. Mistakes like this shouldn't happen this often and for this many years. It's like McDonald's in general just doesn't have the motivation to care about customers or anything they do.
