I contacted Bath Planet to get an estimate to have my Master bath remodeled. From my first encounter with Jennifer and Tyler I have received beyond exceptional service! Tyler helped design my bathroom to be more convenient and updated. Once we had everything picked out to my specifications, John , Andrew and Josh came to do the work. They were professional and worked quickly to have my bathroom completed in a reasonable amount of time! There were some delays, but during the time there was ice on the roads so under those circumstances it was understandable. Jennifer kept me informed throughout the entire process, they were quick to do extra when I asked. Any problems that arose they handled with care and efficiency. The service I have received has been amazing from start to finish. Everything is perfect, and I absolutely love my new bathroom. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas for your bathroom remodels! And I would like to add "the price was right".  Thank you so much for the excellent work!

Salesman was great and knowledgeable. Pricing seemed reasonable, only while checking our credit they initiated 9 SEPERATE HARD INQUIRIES  into our credit after telling me they would only run it once. I was doing this to try to repair my credit, now my score has dropped nearly 30 points for the first time in years. 

I've reported the concern to the FTC 
Be careful when dealing with this office

Love this company! My job is to take care of our customers from sale to completion! I enjoy working hard to make sure every dream you have can come true. From the sales person to the installers we were very satisfied. Every step of the way their main concern was the customer.
Josh, our installer went above and beyond what was expected.
I would highly recommend Bath Planet.

I had a great experience with this company. They were so professional and answered any question or concern I had. I didn't actually think they could finish my bathroom in one day. I was kind of worried, because i have 3 girls in the house. They were right on time though! The salesman wasn't too pushing and knew exactly what I wanted. The scheduling was easy and the installer they sent out was a nice young man, that did a great job. Thanks Bath Planet! I'll be referring all my friends.
