I have never had better taxi service. I told a couple of people that the drivers were like angels in disguise. Thank you Bats.Highly recommends. The 85 year old sends thanks and love.

Our driver, Joe Fusco, was great. He was flexible with our schedule and once we departed had great conversation that made the trip pass quickly. We'll definitely use Joe and BATS again when we are in the Tampa area.

Such great service, and awesome drivers!! With our parents in wheelchairs, it took a bit longer to get to baggage claim, but Adrian met us at the elevator and already had our bags in tow!! He is the best, and has become like family to us all, and we look forward to seeing him every time we visit our Florida home.

Great taxi driver. Told us things to do and was very informative. Even checked vehicle to make sure we didn’t forget anything.

CORRECTION-First ride was much quicker than expected. Driver was cool, & seemed to genuinely like the company he worked for which is very important to me. UNITED cab phone reps are arrogant & seem to take people for granted & dont get that their losing customers because of their conduct.
