I am local and wouldn't choose any other company. Roberto is great company and gets me where I need to be ahead of time. I also have road with Frank who is always a joy, he is probably the nicest and knowlegable driver around.

I waited a hour and it is not even the season yet. Then after a hour they called asking where the business is was and im waiting with my newborn baby. This is ridiculous. They called 2 more times asking where the location was on front beach. Don't book here is think they only have one car and Driver and they lie to get business when I could have called another cab company and not have to wait with my baby on them thinking they were on the way. Owner did just call and gave me a free ride because of the mix up. So I'm not so mad since he did make things right. Thanks for getting back with me and making sure I was satisfied.

1st ride: good timing, but taxi had strong cigarette smell (10 min) 2nd ride: great guy but poor timing (20 min) 3rd ride: took forever.. I'm still waiting and it's been 30 minutes. He just called and said it'll be 15 more minutes. Come on. It's not even a busy night here. Overall, just a so-so opinion. I know the prices are good, but having wait times like this is pretty ridiculous.

After comparing prices, I decided to use H2O without checking reviews - a BIG duh to me. This company is a great example of.....you get what you pay for. I called the night before for a morning airport shuttle. The driver was over 15 minutes late and called me to ask for directions. Excuse me - do you not have a GPS?? We did not trust his ETA "about 10 minutes" of which we waited 11 minutes so we drove ourselves to the airport. In addition, the gal who answered the main line was not helpful, not apologetic and definitely NOT courteous when I called to ask for an exact time of arrival. I shudder to think what a tourist without a back up plan would have done. Luckily, we are locals and just hopped in our car. Thanks to H2O, we got stressed out and likely will have to pay about $100 extra to park at the airport. Lesson learned. Next time, we will book with a reliable company that charges a little more.
