I brought in my phone to have the charger port switched out. After quoting a good price, they started working on the phone and realized the charger port was just dirty and needed cleaning out. They did that really quickly and handed the phone back to me at no charge. So now I trust them for anything I need in the future!

Next time I need a car battery I will definitely go somewhere else. My 2 year old car battery is defective and suddenly died beyond repair today. It won't start from a jump or battery charger pack. Because it's under warranty I will get a free replacement, but the problem is this store didn't have my battery in stock. My car was completely dead in the parking lot and I was told I'd have to go to another B+B location 30 min away to get it myself. This staff has very poor customer service. It could have been the lack of motivation to be there or the obnoxiously loud club music playing inside that lead to the poor communication. I was left wondering "what's next?" while I tried to suggest other options to employees during the whole hour and a half I was there. Turns out I get to go back tomorrow to switch out a temporary battery for the one I hope will work correctly during its given life expectancy.

Very good experience.   Tech was super helpful and ensured both of my devices were working properly before I left.  Repairs went quick.

The manager was not there. I was waited on promptly and service was good. The other two employees were more concerned about sports and there teams and talking very loudly. The store was dirty, messy, items in the shelves looked like they had been thrown on there. The box for my battery was covered in dust.

Got my iPhone 7 Plus screen and LCD repaired there. The guys said 1-1.5hrs I came back in an hour and it was already done and waiting for me. The did a great job and are very friendly.
