Staff doesn't acknowledge you when you walk in. Uncaring attitude and usually most Sherwin Williams stores have great customer service. But this one not so much. Thumps down 👎

What my problem with a score of 2☆ rating? Im shocked! Every time, repeat, every time i cone in to purchase anything, the staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I have tried other brands and even go r to our favorite Hone improvement store to match Sherwin Williams paint. Well, .Im back. Nothing touches Sherwin Williams paint better than Sherwin Williams paint. Inside and out! When i think i am cutting costs, i wind up spending more. Why? You already know why. I have to cover that other paint, sooner and it is not a perfect match to SW!.. "SuperPaint' is the way to go. Guess what? its on sale, AGAIN! 5☆ (Im not certain what the low rating is about but, they get extremely busy duri g the week..Maybe they need to adjust schedules to reduce wait times....Even if you wait, 2.☆? BTW, HUGE sale started yesterday!!!! Got my Purdy rollers too!. ( tried less expensive rollers and brushes) Guess what happened? I spent extra time, pulling lint off the roller & off the walls.or pulling brush fragments off the wall. So frustrating! I had to stop painting, return to the store & purchase an "upgrade" on the roller. What happened with a better, in Purdy roller? .Less lint...still not pleased with how it rolled on the wall and I KNEW, it was NOT the paint. I'VE LEARNED MY LESSON! ( I've learned my lesson!!!!!)

Not impressed they upsold me to the most expensive paint they had for trim when that was not what I needed. They sold me the pro classic Then I gave it my painter and he said painters hate that one as it drips and takes twice as long to paint with it. That paint was over $70 per gallon. We were just painting primed crown molding and I told the guy that. I told him I didn't need the top of the line. Wish they would sell honestly as to what you need.
