Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great selection of products. I have a class A Motor home and needed some new batteries. I have solar panels on the roof and I needed some AGM batteries and they had just the size and and amp hours I needed. I highly recommend this store.

Battery was available to purchase online and showed up and had it installed in no time at all. Excellent service.

Was told my item was in stock locally to be picked up same day. Called store to confirm andwas told they didn't have it.  Told it had to be special ordered from warehouse and in future not to use 800 #. Two days later received an email again telling me it had to be ordered. Still don't have my item. Was told they would call when it came in. Haven't heard from local store thus far. NO Battery so far. Thumbs Down

After the website said the battery I needed was in stock at the Winter Haven Fla. store,  I placed my order on their website. A rep phoned me to tell me in fact that battery was NOT in stock , but I could drive some 14 miles (each way) and pick it up at another store in Lakeland Fla., or he could order it for me. Seeing as I needed that battery quickly, I made the drive to Lakeland. The clerk at the Lakeland store 'Ethan" was extremely unfriendly and seemed very annoyed to be there. Very unprofessional. He phoned the store where I placed the order and was very curt over the phone with that rep. "Ethan" handed me the battery I had purchased and told me I would have to take the Core back to the winter haven store for credit ($7.00). So I drove back to the winter haven store which was 5 miles (each way) in the opposite direction. The clerk at the winter haven store "Sinn" was Very helpful. He was as dismayed as I was as to why "Ethan" made me travel all that way to redeem a core credit when he could easily have done it at his Lakeland store. "Sinn" credited me the $7.00 for the core. That will be my last purchase form Batteries Plus!!
