After having a terrible experience at the Dadeland Apple store, I called Batteries Plus Bulbs at 6400 S. Dixie Hwy and spoke to Felipe. He was very friendly and explained how they could help me with my 2 Apple 6 phones battery issues. The Apple store was trying to charge me for more than necessary. I drove over to Batteries Plus Bulbs and was helped by both Felipe and Sean. They were very customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and saved me lots of money on my battery and screen replacements. I can honestly say that these guys were amazing. Seriously the best customer service and prices. My repairs were done in less than an hour. Thank you Felipe and Sean for turning a bad experience at Apple into a great experience at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I will highly recommend them to all.

Great price! But serious lack of communication between store and web sales. Make sure to call before showing up even if they send you an email saying it's ready. I got an email that it was ready but luckily called and it was not the case. Had to wait a week for it to arrive. 5 stars are more for the price and the staff that was nice. It would have been one if I would have showed up at the store.

My experience with Battery Plus was great. The franchise owner Carlos had a great personality what a great hospitality. I will definitely come back again hopefully my battery is going to break again.

I drove over an hour to get to this store because their employees told me they had the specific battery that i needed in stock. I called 2 times just to make sure because it was such a far drive for me. When i got there He told me he didn’t have my battery.  You would think after doublechecking twice and calling and making sure that they have the product I’m looking for,. that I wouldn’t be driving there for nothing, But no such luck.  Take your business elsewhere

Great service and nice people.  Bought two agm batteries for my diesel pickup and they installed them for no charge. Install was not easy as they had to remove crossbars and a ton of cables to get to the batteries.  Wish the engineer at GM had to change them so he could understand how difficult it was to service them.
