Astrid and Andrea were very pleasant. They were both friendly, professional and helpful. Astrid from health and beauty dept assisted me in finding an item that was in stock only at this location and was not deliverable. She went to the stockroom to retrieve said item for me (it had just come out a few days ago). Andrea greeted me warmly and asked if I needed assistance with anything, to let her know. I usually like this Target. I go there all the time. Unfortunately yesterday was a disappointment. I had to deal with 2 customer service agents that would be better at storing supplies than dealing with customers. If you see a customer getting upset you call your manager, common sense instead of agravating the situation by your incompetence. Actually kudos to the manager, he handled the situation very well and solved the problem. It was an easy fix that the employees did not want to bother doing. Saying no to a customer was all they knew to answer. Terrible experience if it was not for the manager I would never go back there!
