This store is absolutely amazing!!! Not only was the staff friendly but they also taught me quite a few things!! Took the time to answer all of my questions and saved me money!!! I highly recommend this place for all of your bulb and battery needs!!!

I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs looking for a flourescent bulb for my 30 gallon aquarium. The friendly staff helped me find the right bulb very quickly. The price was very reasonable, too. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Went in to buy a replacement battery for my phone that had been tested and found defective. What I got was a lecture about over-charging my phone and an argument that there was nothing wrong with the battery. When I finally got the guy to check if he had the replacement in stock, he complained that it was an older battery and would have to be ordered. I was quoted a price of $39.99. I demanded my battery back, then ordered one online for $9.79. Not impressed.

I chose the wrong daytime running lights for my Honda. They fit, however it was not the correct illumination they said it would be.
They do not give a return on opened items (fair enough) But they are perfectly fine lights and the store manager would not even offer a store credit! I will not be back. Poor customer service!
