Dont even bother going here,they have 1 sales rep and a crowded store . Your going to wait forever for them to say you have to talk someone else and the wait continues. Very poor service..

LOUSY!  They don't even deserve 1 star! Rude and have a very poor attitude! Store has no chairs (and you certainly will need one. 2nd in line and I waited for 30 minutes before I gave up and left. Hanes Mall location is where you want to go.

The worst possible customer service ever! I was told when leasing phones to bring them back in the store which I did. The sales associate says they can not return the phone because there is no option to and i needed to contact customer service. I spoke with customer service and they advised take it back to the store. I told them I was not going to go back and forth. They want to charge me for two phones I have tried to turn in to two separate stores. Phones in great condition, only thing is the batteries are dying out over time. Sprint customer service is awful.

Never in my life have I been screwed over more consistently by one store in my entire life. Shame on me at this point. I don't know if the guys there are either poorly trained or actually trying to get more money out of me, but they have now a) promised due to a rebate that another line/device would actually lower my bill (spoiler! It didn't) and b) told me, with my rented phone and $200 in hand that I owned my leased phone now and didn't owe anything (spoiler! I did!). So then I call to close my account because I've never hated a company more, ask specifically "do I owe anything on this account?" And they tell me "no you should not be billed again!" Here I am sitting here with a bill for 225 American dollars because their agents cannot get it together. This store will be featured heavily in my version of Hell when I get there. I'll see all of their agents there

This is my first time leaving an online review. After seeking assistance with my new phone bought the day prior at a different sprint location, I experienced awful customer service here. The customer service at this store got snarky when I asked my phone questions unwilling to help assist me as if it were a chore. The woman referred me to the website without trying to understand my question. Don't waste the time to walk in. Go to the location in Hanes  mall or seek another provider.
