This place is amazing. Plan on it taking an hour to an hour and a half to get your car washed since they are always SO busy and they are SO thorough. But it's worth the wait, in my opinion. They offer a few different options to choose from and I always get the best, most expensive one because my car shine from top to tire when they are finished. Its worth every penny and worth the wait!! Ps - don't forget to tip them. They are out there in the extremely hot summers and all types of weather, keeping our cars clean so let's take care of those guys... They work hard!! 😊😉

These guys are superb! The car is always clean, let's face it, if it wasn't we wouldn't be return customers. But, in my opinion the mark of good customer service isn't how a business performs when things are good, it's how they handle the 'other times.

Earlier this week when the auto sensor on my washwipers (which I had forgotten to turn off) turned the wipers on during the wash phase breaking both blades, they replaced them without me asking.

So what you might say. And you'd be right, but if customer service is a key buying point for you, then go to Bauer's.

First timer, I will definitely be back. Great service and great job on my car. Hand wax with the wash very reasonable price. I will never go to the old place I went to before this again.

Great atmosphere for a car wash. Staff always treat me respectfully, clean inside and out. Finishers really take pride on their work!

I am taking pictures and a short video of what i get everytime i have my truck washed, and i always go for the Bronze supposibly the best money can buy. It usualy takes 30 mins once it comes through the wash, and i just dont have it in me anymore to send it through again or eait to see a manager. This will be the last time and i am going to post it on social media, people need to know.
