I was the second customer here today and asked for a hand wash and wax. I have been coming here for 6 years and have 5 Vehicles they usually wash. They had me pull up and got my car vacumed then waited for 40 min and they never started to was my car. Miguel the Manager told me I need to wait till all the other cars that have pulled up are done. I told him that isn't fair since I arrived first. I would like the owner of this business to follow up in regards to this.

I have had it with this place.  There has been two occassions where I left work early and drove as quick as I could through heavy traffic to get here before they closed, only to be told sorry we've already shut down and arent washing any more cars today.  I went there once and waited over 45 minutes before they contacted me in the lobby area to say "sorry our power is out and you'll have to come back some other day" and they hadnt even started washing my vehicle.  Today I drove all they way over there (and only because I have a groupon) and got there at 11:30AM on a Friday & they had a big sign up saying "Sorry We're Closed" with a few staff members hanging around outside talking.  Then you leave and discover there are water spots all over your car & windows and they forget to put the air fresher in thats a part of what you paid for, or even wipe down the steering wheel or dashboard.  You have to check their work before you leave because they never do a great job.  I'm so done with this place and them inconveniencing me and my time.  Once I use this groupon they will never see me, my business or my money again.  I dont know how this place stays open but dont mind taking my business to the competitor.  They need to just sell the business to someone else who can handle the responsibility and provide better customer service.

They failed to wipe Down inside of windows and the top of each window.  Left many spots on window. Basic job function and for $22 I should not have to drive back to get fixed.  They weren't busy so no excuses. Check your windows in the sun before you leave. I planned to have them do a full detail but they failed miserably... Back seat was not vacuumed at all.

Not of the quality you'd expect for 30 bucks.

Outside and inside menus do not match. Inside offers more services than outside for same price but you do not receive those services.   Had to take truck through 3 times for it to be vacuumed and they couldn't even get the rims cleaned right.

Cashier was very hesitant and informed me that the manager has very poor customer service skills.    She almost seemed to be scared to talk to him..

This is the poorest performance at a car wash.    Shells drive through would have been better the first time around.

Sticking to the Pavillions Car wash on Fair Oaks Blvd.

Since our regular car wash shut down in Fair Oaks for renovations, we were looking for a decent place to have our cars detailed.  They did an excellent job with no complaints here
