I highly recommend Baumann& DeGroot!  The technician, Brandon, did and outstanding job. 
Although the primary call was regarding the gas fireplace, when I asked about particulate matter in the furnace filter he thoughtfully and respectfully walked me through how to change the panel on the humidifier on the furnace, and pointed out all of the specific steps to take to ensure it was correctly installed.  He went out of his way to help me understand the aspects that would be problematic if not reattached correctly.
I highly recommend Baumann & DeGroot Heating and Cooling.

Very professional staff, and a clear quoting process that makes me feel like I know what I'm going to get.
I especially appreciated how someone answered my more in depth questions. I left a message for Josh with my question, and he got back to me within 24 hours. He freely talked through the problem with me and offered a great solution that I hadn't considered before, and that seemed to explain my furnace symptoms.

We just had this new furnace quoted and installed by BAUMANN & DEGROOT INC. of Holland, MI after our old beast of 24 years failed on a cold winter day. Chad did a great job explaining features and preparing a nicely itemized quote. Darryl, the installer came promptly and worked quickly, cleanly and professionally, explaining the operation and maintenance needs before leaving. The furnace operates quietly and so far I'm very happy and looking for years of solid performance, but if anything goes wrong I know I can rely on the 10-year/Lifetime warranty and BAUMANN & DEGROOT to service my needs.

Chad came for an estimate and was immediately concerned about a health/code violation with our furnace/ac before talk of anything else.  He tested for co2 right there (luckily we had none backdrafting).  None of the other companies who I received estimates from said anything about it.  From there I felt Chad and the company had my best interests in mind.  They also quoted a very fair price for the work.  The installers were professional, personable, and polite.  I am very pleased with the whole process from them.  And will be recommending them to others.
