Service was prompt enough and I wasn't put off by the receptionist like others have said, but the spring after a winterization from these guys I had leaks in my system that weren't there the previous fall. Will not use again and would not recommend them for this service.

WO Sprinkling "winterized" my system in the fall and when they came back in the spring they said I had damage due to not winterizing.  I made the receptionist aware of the problem and she said she would investigate.  Follow up messages from me were never returned.  Very poor customer service.  I don't recommend this company.

They winterized our sprinkler system and the guys were nice and did a good job. The receptionist however is not very helpful, very slow to return calls, she doesn't seem to listen very well, and we were left hanging with a leaking system in the spring.

Scott and his crew are top-notch.  They did a wonderful job of repairing and reconfiguring our sprinklers around a new patio construction project.  They were quick and accommodating to our construction timeline.

Receptionist is extremely rude. We were a little late paying our bill but that doesn't give you license to treat someone so disrespectfully! Our bill is paid, but we won't be hiring these guys again!
