I cannot possibly express how delighted I am with Baxter’s. The first time my Husband and I came here was on a whim – we were looking for a place that would actually clean my wedding ring (it has a unique shape/style and requires particular attention to detail to get it clean between the stone and cap. After having tried a handful or more of other jewelers I was ecstatic when Emily at Baxter’s really did get it clean (and at no charge). After being so pleased we decided to look around and were very impressed with the selection of jewelry available. Something for almost any budget and the attendants were all extremely friendly and did not hover. We have exclusively come to Baxter’s ever since and have NEVER been disappointed. BONUS: the last time we went they had rearranged a little to carve out a portion of the store for pastries and macaroons and an elegant coffee station as well as a plush chair or two for any companions who aren’t interested in the dazzling jewelry cases. Baxter’s often hosts events and continues to impress with each visit.

I just picked up my ring and could not be happier. I made several changes and now have my perfect ring. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helped me to create just what I wanted.  I love Paul’s quote “there are no problems here, only solutions “.  They made my vision into a reality and for that I say Thank You!

After visiting several jewelry stores in Rhode Island, no one came close to the amount of inventory or knowledge that Baxter’s possesses.
Paul took the time to find exactly what I was looking for. Their quality of diamonds and products exceeds all expectations! After talking to any of the staff you can be confident that they believe in their business, and truly love what they do everyday. My fiancé and I are happy to be part of the Baxter’s family. We look forward to dealing with Paul, and his staff for many years to come!

My family has been usin Baxter's for years! My parents had their anniversary bands designed here, my older sister and her husband had their designed and now me and my husband! Their design center and customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond jewelry sales; they are sincere in that they want to help you design something that will match your style and love story. My family and I will always choose Baxter's for our fine jewelry.

Baxter's was GREAT!  I got my engagement ring custom made here.  I also had them make the wedding band to go with it.  My now wife also got my wedding ring here.  The staff is easy to get along with and listens to what you want.  They will fix their renderings until you are happy with the product you are going to get.

I would recommend this place for anyone that is looking to get top notch jewelry.
