This a great pharmacy with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are helpful and will honor valid insurance. Medications are expensive no matter where you go. That is why we as responsible adults find insurance for them.

I called the compounding lab on Thursday to make sure they received the prescription for my dog's cancer medication. I said I needed it as soon as possible, and the man I spoke with said he was working on it at that moment. I never received the pills and now it's the weekend and I have no way to get it.   Mistakes happen, which is why I called to confirm the medication on its way.  I caution anyone to use this company if they need something for a serious medical issue.

Update:  I was called  by the director, and it seems my previous issue may have been related to the company delivering the medication. The past three times they've been great and I've received the medication very quickly.  It seems as though they've resolved previous issues.

Update (again):  A month ago I called in a refill for the prescription and they needed to contact my vet.  My vet apparently didn't get back to them in time, and instead of letting me know I wasn't contacted.  After a couple of days I called, and a man said my prescription had been made, I just needed to have the vet call.  That happened, then the next day a woman said I couldn't get the prescription.  After I complained she filled it and had it to my house in time.

This time I called 4 days in advance for a refill I had 2 left on.  I specifically said that if there were any issues to call me.  Once again, my poor dog doesn't have his cancer medication.  Thank goodness it isn't my grandmother or child.  I would not use this pharmacy for serious medication.

When I called Bay Life Pharmacy everyone was very courteous, helpful and friendly. Megan went out of her way to clarify all of my doubts and was very prompt in returning my calls.  I was pleasantly surprised to see her promptly deliver my medications to my home. Great customer service!

I worked at big box pharmacy for 19 years and left because it was no longer personally rewarding. I felt like I was being stifled and wasn't allowed to give my patients that extra TLC, that extra special service my patients deserved.  So I ventured in to a locally owned pharmacy and feel in love. I now feel that I have the liberty to go as far as I can to help my patients with all their pharmacy needs and give all the extra tlc that I want without being watched, timed or reprimanded for spending too much time with the patient. 
If you want that extra TLC, stop by and see us at anyone of our 4 location!!!

This pharmacy is just excellent. After being a Walgreens customer for over 10 years I am just not used to this kind of service. They treat you like a person and are always kind and courteous. This has been a very stress-free transition. Thank you Bay Life Pharmacy!
