Beware. The staff at this pharmacy could care less about their customers. I dropped off my prescription and they issues having approved through my insurance. No ONE bother to call me to tell me about it and I had to call them to find out when it was going to be ready after 3.5 hours and that's when they told me? I waited around for 3.5 hours wasted my time all because they're useless at giving their customers a simple call to let them know about any issues. I went to the CVS on Bay Pines Blvd the staff is very friendly and took care of my prescription and it only took them 30 minutes. DON'T GO to this dump.

Very disrespectful  management; (Mr. Wesley Shaw) I went to return an item purchased at a different Walgreens and the manager took the item to a different computer to check if it was purchased it there when from the beginning I disclosed it that it was from a different store and he refused to help and accept the item just  because he profiled us.

Sadistic young female Doctor (Dr. Kristen E)  running the pharmacy.  I went in after surgery to get my pain medicine.  There was no one ahead of me yet this cow tells me it's going to be a 40 minute wait.  So I go sit down and I watch an older couple come in and I watch this Dr. pharmacist spend 10 minutes answering ridiculous questions like what are the best sale days to shop and so on.

Then another older couple comes in and she (The Dr.) makes herself again available for random questions and convinces them to have a flu shot.  I then watch her take this couple into a side room where she begins to give them flu shots and I'm watching but not really putting anything together.  

So the monitor says average wait of 20 minutes and at 31 minutes I got up and asked another pharmacy employee what was taking so long.  This tech said that only the Dr. could get this medicine out for me cause it was in a safe.

So I'm now realizing that the only one who can fill my pain medicine is this Dr. Kristen E something and I wait until the flu shot people are gone and I say to her, "you know you're the only one who can fill my pain medicine, why are you doing all that piddly customer service stuff when I'm out here clearly suffering?"

Well she didn't like being called out like this apparently.  She said, "Everything starts with the Pharmacist, here" as in she wants to demonstrate she's in control.  I said, "Obviously, and I see you so enjoy that."  I was upset because she was purposely choosing not to help me with my pain medicine.

She then said, "I can give you your script back."  I told her that was less than professional and to just fill the thing and I'd be quiet.

So she fills it and of course it's not picking up my humanna discount.  She then says, "Oh, we don't have an agreement with Hummanna, you'll have to go to Walmart or CVS or you can pay the cash price of blah blah.  I said, "give me the prescription back"

Wow, what a crappy experience.  Go elsewhere.  Who needs to deal with that stuff when you're feeling terrible?  I had a lemon sized cyst removed from my scrotum and was in quite a bit of pain and that cow let me suffer.
