I called Baystate locksmith in Newton to unlock my car , It was best service ever the technician arrived during 20 mn , it was fast and professional service with fair price , I highly recommend them , and for sure I will call them if I need any service in future .

Fares came quickly and replaced the keys on my house. He was polite and fast and make the lock work on my Victorian house!

Francis was WONDERFUL!!!! He was able to come out the same day we called, he came out and looked at our front door mortise lock that was original to the house from 1928 that was pretty much non-functional and gave me a quote for the job. I thought we were going to have to get a whole new door. But he said he could take care of it. The amount he quoted was the exact amount we had to pay. He came on time when he said he would and returned when the part came in, even on a holiday weekend to make sure the job was taken care of so we'd be safe and secure in our house. He was extremely polite and did an excellent job. He brought a dust buster with him to clean up the little wood shavings and left the place totally clean. If I ever have any other problem with a lock in my house, we will call him for sure. And I would suggest him to anyone else who was looking for a locksmith.

After recently being locked out in the cold of night I was forced to call a locksmith to regain entrance. Reaching out to Baystate Locksmith was the best decision I could have chose! They were not only quick to respond to my call but fair in price and showed true professionalism upon arrival at my home. I would like to again thank all at Baystate Locksmith and if I find myself in a bind again they will be the first to call!!

They were able to help me get into my apartment, but the guy asked if they had quoted me a price on the phone. I knew I made a mistake when I said that they hadn't given me a price. He jacked the price up to twice the amount I was told to expect to pay. Based on my experience, I would try someone else next time. The guy took a long time to fix the problem, made a mess of my door, and took advantage of me badly when it came to price.
