They were quick to put me on a very costly dental plan that would max out my insurance for the year. Additionally, I had problems with a filling they provided. I'm glad I went elsewhere for a second opinion. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I just had a filling - the entire process from scheduling to Payment is seamless and developed with me the customer in mind. The actual procedure was close to perfect. The people that are employed there are authentically nice and genuinely care about my comfort and well being. The dentist explained the procedure from start to finish and continually checked in on my well being and when it was over, I can actual say that I felt extremely relaxed which for me has always been a contradiction due to having developed a fear of dentists from an early age as a child. I travel quite a long distance to go to Bayhill since moving about 6 years ago but I would never think of changing as I just can't see that level of customer service replicated.

I have been with Bayhill Dental for myself and all my 3 children for many years, ever since my kids got teeth, and my  eldest is now 23, my other daughter is 18, and my youngest son is 16, and they all love Bayhill dental, they treat us like family, yet are very professional and do excellent work. They teach us and remind us how to maintain the best healthiest teeth and gums. They do their best not to hurt you, and do their work right, the first time around. The place is always so pleasant to be there, so clean, and they work with me even on the financial situations, and are very thorough of what the insurance covers for you, BEFORE they even start the work, they are very informative. They answer any questions before, during, and after treatment, any time. They are very convenient for scheduling and rescheduling appointments with great flexibility when needed. I love the workers and the great job Bayhill Dental does! I have run into them in public places, and they treat you with the same respect as a good friend would. I recommend them to everyone!

The service is first class! Drs are extremely knowledgable and do a very professional dental work...love all the people who works there...all business no joke...I will recommended it to all my friends, and even enemies so they can get a nice smile...
