I started going to Dr. Russo in 2013 for a tooth extraction and a flipper for my upper jaw that consisted of 5 teeth.  This is the first flipper that has stayed intact, was comfortable, and looked good.  I have had 4 previous flippers just for two teeth that only lasted about a year for each one that i had purchased from western dental.  They are very friendly and upfront about cost and procedure, and yes the cost is more than other places. You get what you pay for and I would prefer to pay more for quality than end up paying less for something i would end up having to fix again by paying more.

I am in the process of getting full implants, and Russo Dental Care has been gracious in working with me on a payment program.  I recently had an infected tooth and Dr Russo took care of it the day I called with no prior appointment.  He is thorough and made sure that all infection was removed.  I have never trusted a dentist before, but this place has definitely made a difference for me in the way I view dentistry.

They cheating price, i went 3 time emergency sutiation. That's worst ever in my life.

BAIT & SWITCH!  Went in for $99 new patient x-ray, cleaning, exam and whitening kit; as advertised on exterior of offices. Hygienist, without advising, performed a deep cleaning.  Was charged for an "unauthorized" deep cleaning ($1200+). ALL staff, which includes the  receptionist, the  hygienist, office manager, and the billing clerk were rude and argumentative; they are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered in one place at one time.  They acknowledged error, but still charged, saying "you received the services". Reported the hygienist to dental board for misrepresentation of services. Dentist aware of issue, was very apologetic and said I can come in for a free cleaning in 6 months, is he kidding? Will never step foot in the office again. Obviously doesn't care for patients, only their $$$ .  STAY AWAY!

I saw their sign for $99 exam xrays and cleaning and even teeth whitening. Very nice office lots of free parking high tech with computers and screens in every room. I got my exam and cleaning and had to come back to get my bleach trays. I need to get several fillings and since I have no insurance I scheduled to get one every two weeks, no high pressure to get it all done like my last dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Russo for over 25 year. 
That in itself should say what a terrific Dentist Dr. Russo is. He has expanded and grown along with his knowledge and just makes things easier for the patient. I continue to see Dr. Russo even though I have moved to the Dublin Pleasanton area. Bart now make it convient to see him.
