I have had nothing but a positive experience here. One of their many physical therapist Stacy is top notch. Not only does she listen, but she is kind, positive, easy to get along with, and truly cares. Even if you are her last patient of the day , you are treated like her first. Their front office staff is welcoming and makes every effort to work with insurance. Thank you Stacy and Baylor Rehab!

PT is good. Well trained staff. Totally different with their billing and office staff. If you go here, keep all your receipts. They will later bill you for times you never were there. Actually cannot believe that I am giving them above a single star, but the therapy is top notch.

If you don't have insurance or have not met your deductible do NOT go here. On my first visit, the front desk gal held up four fingers and said "The first four appointments will be $385". Shame on me for not looking at the detailed papers, but i thought it reasonable that each appointment would be about $85 - never in a million years would I have stayed if I knew that EACH appointment would be $385. In fact, they ended up charging me over $400 per appointment. Beware - when an ice pack is offered - cha-ching an additional $20. You get the same one hour of treatment but you get additional charges for the equipment they use. I called the office manager to dispute twice over several months and never received a call back. Unfortunately I am too busy to take this further so I paid over $1600 for 4 appointments. Ridiculous. The office and billing staff is non-responsive and deceptive. Therapy was good... temporary fix. I can't recommend this facility at all.
