Beware: Unfortunately, this is the rudest office staff I’ve experienced to date from the person who answers the phone to the office manager. I’ve had much great care in the past with many providers, but this office was unhelpful with a simple request to provide basic cost info. That’s a red flag. I have insurance and I was told to check the info myself.  This is very unusual and not a standard practice for care at any facility.  If you want to go to a provider that refuses to give you your basic cost and care info, then this is for you. I’ve have many surgeries and lots of professional physical therapy and this is not the place for me.  Sincerely, Pastor Steve

This place is awful, the most unprofessional place you can think, the clinical staff is okay, altough they leave you just hanging between exercises, but the worst part is the administrative staff, they are rude, and they don’t communicate you  properly about your benefits, they bill you for services you haven’t ask and then they collect the visit after, just they don’t tell you what are the billing you for.

I had rotator cuff surgery Dec-16 and after a month immobilized in a sling , needed physiotherapy to get full motion and strength back. After evaluating a few clinics, I picked Clair. 

The recovery took time, hard work, and a little pain, but having a place like Clair PT where I looked forward to each visit,  made the whole process manageable. With a friendly staff and always positive vibe, I highly recommend.

This review is only based on Claire PT when I went in to check it out. I was never a patient. Wow! Small, crowded, and chaotic. Not for me.  Lots of equipment close together. Kinda loud. People everywhere, all crowded up. This staff may be fantastic, but the environment is not.

Very happy with the progress I have made with Bob! I required 3 surgeries on my left foot. The last surgery left me with a large incision on the bottom and side of my foot, & one on the top. That was September 1, 2016. I was unable to get around at all. After 5 weeks I am back in my regular shoes feeling great. I still have a few sessions to complete. However, after three surgeries in 6 months, I'm feeling great. Thanks Bob!
