The staff is nice and the rooms are cleaned well. This was my second visit there and both times have been enjoyable. The beds are soft and the A/C works decent enough. The shower is good on staying the same temperature but the presser leaves something to be desired. All and all it is a very fine place to stay on vacation.

The staff are great but the hotel is run down. They make you sign to not smoke in common areas. I actually had no idea you could smoke in any hotels anymore. Our room had 2 ash trays, how nostalgic of a gone era. The room reaked of cigarette smoke as did the whole floor. Would not stay again knowing what I know now.

Was a bit disappointed given the previous reviews. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice & friendly. The hotel on the other hand needs some major renovation. The elevator - I am surprised it works. Our room had a damp musty smell, the shower whined, and my husband had a needle poke him in the foot that was stuck in the carpet in front of the desk. The breakfast was ok , the bread was a little bit stale. I would not stay there again.

Hotels are in abundance in Fort Smith, but I'm definitely happy with the decision we made! Though one of the cheapest, this was a great stay. The two desk attendants we spoke with were helpful and pleasant, and check in was quick. My family of four stayed in two rooms - 102 and 106 - which were clearly newly renovated. The temperature was easily set, it wasn't noisy at all, and the room was spacious. The breakfast in the morning was huge! More than enough to satisfy any early appetite. The only part I was surprised by, was that no shampoo or conditioner was included (though it's possible they missed our room). Thankfully we brought our own.

The hotel itself was wonderful and the staff was great. The room was very nice, absolutely very clean, warm and inviting. The beds was amazing, if it was possible, I would have packed that bed in my suitcase and brought it home! Having a handicap room was wonderful but, I reserved a non smoking room and that's what I got but when I opened the bathroom door the smell of cigarettes knocked me over. I couldn't take a shower while I was there because of the smell making. Me sick
