When I stayed the hotel was under renovation, but it was a very comfortable hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were overly soft and had no body. The room was small but it had room to do yoga. The TV was excellent, the large club chair was comfortable. The bathroom was older and peeling, the toilet seat was scratched up and needed replacement. The shower was powerful and fabulous. The tub could not be used because they removed the stopper. The toilet paper was reasonably good and soft, fortunately not like sandpaper. The location was excellent close to everything on Franklin Street. The staff was friendly and cordial. The gym needs updating but it was usable and I enjoyed it.   The room set up is a bit inconvenient to move things in and out.  The breakfast was typical warm breakfast that wasn't that great. I would stay here again and I do recommend it for the reasonable price.

Good pricing. Hot tub is hot. Close to casino.  Pool is a little gross!

Under construction. The lobby looks nice. The room appears unfinished and unclean. Undesirable clientele. You get what you pay for here

It's very dirty and gross. Found 2 dead bugs in my room, multiple stains on ceiling, stained mattress, no outlets by bed to plug in phone. Dirty walls, dirty mirrors. Just overall gross. Will not stay here again. Thought for over $100 we would get a decent clean room.

Not really what I expected for a baymont hotel. I guess it was another hotel before so it's still a lot of work to do. Rooms are very very small. Location i can't complain about, everything u would like to eat is within walking distance
