Ruined, two suits jackets. Over 500$ in the garbage. Just told me to call the owner, and sorry. My tailor says they use too much heat and they melted the padded lining causing ripples all over.

The quality of the dry cleaning and laundering at Bayside Cleaners is generally good.   The staff is friendly.  Unfortunately the service is sometimes unreliable.  When I dropped off some shirts for minor alterations as well as cleaning and pressing, they were not ready at the promised time.  Not only were the alterations not even started, the shirts were not cleaned.
