"Since 1983, our multi-specialty practice has provided comprehensive family dental care to adults and children over the age of three. Our office is across the street from the main post office and just minutes from Center Square. We’re also near public transportation, including Springfield Union Station, offering easy access to buses and the local Amtrak line. Walk-in patients are welcome, and we also accept dental emergencies. In many cases, our dentists in Springfield are able to see emergency patients the same day. Some of the urgent dental services we provide are emergency extractions and root canal therapy for both adults and children."

I'm super anxious about going to the dentist... even for a routine cleaning. I had avoided going for numerous years due to insurance change coupled with my anxiety. Cheryl, the hygienist I had, was patient with me and helped to keep me calm throughout my appointment. I had x-rays, a cleaning and some other preventative things done. She did it all without hurting me once and my teeth felt so shiny and clean when she was done. I would recommend going there. I will ask for Cheryl at my next appointment!

Amazing people, and VERY considerate of my pain, sensitivity. Also they care the way my jaw chews and on top of it all that my teeth look good. Shout out to the Dentist Dr. Akhlag, Dental Assistant Genesis, and Front Dest Lisa. Absolutely amazing service, and the people are so understanding and do an  excellent job. Always friendly with a smile, and explain what they are about to do so I'm not in the dark. I definitely, and constantly recommend this place to my friends and family, and even my customers that complain about their teeth. Thank you so much for being awesome people,  and amazing at your jobs!!

I am a new patient at Baystate Dental of Springfield and I wanted to share my experience with others. Like a lot of folks  I am a scaredy cat! I was able to get an appointment rather quickly! Reception staff was very friendly and I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. Genesis dental assistant was super friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient! The hygienist Cheryl was excellent and explained everything to me. Dr. Halluch was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. This was such a pleasant experience! I'm looking forward to my next visit! Thank you!

It was my first time using Bay State Dental and I had a great experience. All of the staff was accommodating and very personable. I enjoyed my experience and I hardly ever enjoy a trip to the dentist. Thank you for your services!

I highly recommend this location!! This is probably the best dentist I’ve ever been to! The doctor and the staff are very kind, patient compassionate and knowledgeable. Customer service front desk - Julie is efficient, courteous and friendly along with the staff in room 212 !  Thanks everyone

Great experience overall.  I used to use Holyoke Mall dental compared to that, Baystate Dental is an amazing dentist.  I am a new patient and was having an issue and they got me in an resolved it within a week with the utmost care and respect.  My anxiety of the dentist has dropped considerably since becoming a patient.

Update the receptionist who ask you to lean in thru the window was being just to lazy to stand up properly and get a proper temperature check . I stated I'm not putting my head. All inside the window  ,it feels weird and  your doing it because again she doesn't wanna stand up to do it .  The dental hygienist s are okay I mean I had got a crown done but it feels like it wasn't done correctly also being at the appointment I came 5 minutes late but I have an additional 20 minutes I saw someone come early before their appointment and get taken in 10 minutes early before me I can't understand that? And last but not least when I filled out the covid screening information and handed her back the clipboard I felt her literally snatch it out of my hands and I said okay you know what before I literally go off I think it's time to find a different dentistry to visit....

Not professional.when office rescheduled appointment when individual actually shows up on time. They failed to contact about confirming appointment to which message they sent out wasn't received. Fact is they never made a call to contact as they said and left a text message not a voice mail. Not everyone has a smart phone. This is nor only time this has happened. Not speaking for myself but a relative I take down to dentist office. Truly unprofessional.

Baystate dental is awesome the technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable they answered all the questions that I have they engage you in conversation which is very unusual but it was pleasant. The technician also explained to me what will happen when I come to my next appointment which she was very knowledgeable about all in all I think they are awesome

This group was AMAZING!!  I am a new patient and was in so much pain and called other special dentist office and they said I had to wait till March 2023!! Because I have Mass Health.  I just finished antibiotics the 3rd time because of infected tooth with an old root canal. Well I called Baystate Dental PC in the morning and spoke to Lisa she is amazing and love her demeanor.  Really caring.  They said can you get here for 9.  I was there. Almost in tears talking with Lisa and thanking her. Then Met the dental assistant Genesis, what a sweetheart!!  Took her time with me and was very caring and gental. Then met Doc Majoka, oh my goodness he knows his stuff!  He asked me all kinds of questions. Come to find out my tooth was loose a back molar it was a 15 yr old capped tooth with root canal.  I Was really nervous.  I said: "are u going to give me laughing gas?"  Dr. Majoka said you really won't need it.  He is a young dentist from Pakistan who was a dentist there, what I did not know was when you come to the US you have to go to dental school all over again.  So he is incredibly talented.  I mean come on how many dentist go to Dental school twice?? He gave me my shots went very well.  And pulled my back molar out took about 10 seconds and was done.  Today is the day after and I have to say no swelling and no pain.  Did not even need pain meds.  Now that is incredible!!.  All I can say is Thank you Dr. Majoka, Thank you Genesis and thank you Lisa for getting me in right away.  Found out they are also a dentist office so I am a new patient there now. And they take Mass Health.  Do you know how hard it is finding a good dentist who takes Mass Health? Almost nil.  I thank my God for helping me find them.  They really are the best!!. A true keeper!!
