It was a great experience. The hospitality was amazing. It was a warm welcomed. I drove from Spring, Texas and found this pretty cool spot in Baytown. The hour drive was worth it! I love my nails. Baytown Nails and Spa donates 10% to those in need, A+ plus!

Horrible experience, I got my eyebrows waxed and now they're extremely skinny. Then they kept trying to pressure me into getting my naild done after i repeatledy told them no.  My pedicure sucked too.  Never going here again

Worst place in baytown. .i was there for more than 2 hrs and my nails and toe nails look horrible.They overcharge you..its ridiculous. I wont be going back and i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

I wanted shellac done on my nails and two of them crack within the two days I had them done. I won't go back agian there was only one tech there she was rude she was on her phone the whole hour and half I was there nobody wants to hear her personal problems

I am new to the city! And I ventured out on trying a new nail salon! Let me tell you this was the WORST experience ever! My nails had to be done by 3 DIFFERENT nail tech's! Problem after problem! First my nails were put on placed on wrong. And the problems kept spiraling. $75 and 3 hours later my nails still look horrible! Last tech put gel and now there all bumpy and not soft and smooth. Not once was I offered to ttake off my old set that was wrongly placed and to get a full new set! Save your time and money please do not go to this place! I will post pics. They are in order by row! From first tect,second and third. !
