Went here to get my acrylic nails taken off and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. She was not only attentive but she went the extra mile to make sure that my nails were taken care of after the fact. Put calcium, hardener, and top coat on my nails because the acrylics left them in such bad shape. 10/10 would reccomend!!

Worst shop that I've ever been to. I should have known that I would not receive great service from the moment that I walked in and I saw the limited amount of nail polish. When trying to ask about a particular a nail polish, they kept telling me that they didn't bring it in and I'm wondering why a nail shop wouldn't have these things on hand. Then when it came to my nails, I asked for gel and started getting all kind of excuses. From hard gel takes too much time to my nails are too short (I get gel all the time). Then as the tech was doing my nails, she was rushing through it and skipping steps that would make my nails flawless. I told her that it was too thin and it looked like it would break easily so she told me if it did to come back and she would fix it free of charge (why would I spend more money for you to fix). I got my nails done on Thursday and by Monday my nails were coming off. I only had two left when I returned the following Thursday. They asked me what happened and I looked at them like wtf um, they came off cause you rushed through my nails and only did a thin coat of gel. Then they said it came off cause my nails were too short and I did the fake nails too long (again, I do my nails the same every time and no matter what shop I go to). Again, she rushed through my nails and put too much gel on and didn't shape the nail. It looks bulky and unnatural. Would not recommend this shop to anyone and if I'm ever in a crunch and need my nails done, I'll rather do it myself.
