Essence Salon & Spa is the best around! The staff is wonderful, exceptionally talented and patient! They make sure to take the time to treat everyone who walks in with the upmost care. I would recommend to anyone!

My wife went here to get a rather simple hair cut. After nearly an hour the stylist was only about halfway done. They then started to try to go faster and did half ass job finishing the cut. It was so bad my wife had to go to a different salon to get it fixed. When asked about a refund for the poor quality she was told that they only give credits toward another haircut. Good policy if you never want to have to give a refund/compensation because my wife never wants to go back.

Best salon hands down! They always do amazing on my hair. You won't regret it. Even took my little cousin and he came out so cute!
