It seems like the entire staff at this branch has jumped ship over the past 2 years. Be especially careful of the "Investments" side of the house. They will provide fantasy information to get your money and then CYA by putting wording in the paperwork that exempts BB&T from any and all liability. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional investment firm such as Fidelity or Edward Jones. Any of them will be more honest and straight forward than the investment side of this bank. Oh, I'm speaking from experience and about 30 years of history with BB&T and the predecessor companies.
