The customer service in this bank is horrible. I went there to cash a check I received from a customer. They said needed to verify it, which is fine. When they couldn't get the customer on the phone, I was asked to come back the next day. That afternoon, I received a confirmation from my customer. I went to the bank the next day, stood in front of the same teller and spoke with the same manager. They confirmed they spoke with the account holder, but would need new confirmation since it was from the day before. Wasted over 2hours in this branch to walk away with frustration and no check cashed. They wonder why I always decline their offer to open any accounts with Wells Fargo.

THE WORST BANK IN WORLD!!! If i could give 0 stars i would! Terrible customer service and extremely rude inattentive tellers! Every time i come to this bank there's ALWAYS a problem! Not to mention the teller manager always has to cause problems with my accounts that are never there! One time one of them had a smart mouth with me and i told her off! My husband and i have a business and personal accounts with them and every time i need to send money to an employee of ours or cash a check or what have you they always have some stupid excuse or another not to do it and the excuse changes every time! I finally had to just use the atm to deposit a check and wait the next day to access it...we are switching banks for sure!

This Branch is my local and go to bank location. 
I was helped today by a man named Stanley and he and the other employees were very welcoming from the time I walked in to the time I was leaving. 
Stanley was very to the point and kind and not to mention very professional. 
I was able to take care of everything I went in for and leave all within a reasonable time frame. 

Thank you, Wells Fargo of Winder, for my enjoyable experience.

My withdraw was 11 hundred they made me park and come inside. I never have this problem at other Wells Fargo locations.
