I HIGHLY recommend only talking with Michelle at this location. I have been through First National, Bank of KY and now BB&T. I have had horrible customer service when dealing with anyone but Michelle. Today, I called asking for Michelle and she was out of town. I asked for assistance since she was not there and I received attitude and very little assistance. I usually do not do these kind of reviews, but it is needed as I have been unhappy with their customer service for a few months now.
